1. Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk trading, order cancellations are subject to strict terms:
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing or dispatch.
- Cancellations after processing has begun may incur a restocking or processing fee of up to 25% of the total order value.
- Customized or special-order items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing or procurement has commenced.
2. Returns & Refunds
We strive for complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for damaged or defective items.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, depending on the agreement).
